Customized Classes for Senior Fitness in Our Acworth Gym

Get fit at any age at Georgia Fitness gym in Acworth!

As some people age they begin to feel self-conscious about coming into our Acworth gym, worried that the fitness center will be filled with young people all working out on high energy exercise routines.

What you may not realize is that getting some gentle exercise on a regular basis could be the key to staying fit and healthy, no matter your age.

Our gym in Acworth offers fun, motivating exercise classes specifically for older adults. Each class is led by a certified senior instructor who knows exactly how to help improve your mobility, balance and core strength through gentle exercise.

Some of the senior classes available for older adults include Silver Sneakers and Silver & Fit. Both classes extend for an hour and lead you through a series of warm-up and cool-down exercises, along with movements designed to improve your fitness and help you maintain a healthy weight.

Senior group fitness programs run on Mondays and Wednesdays and extend for 1 hour.
