The Georgia Fitness gym in Acworth offers several Pilates classes each week. Pilates uses a range of exercises and movements that use your own body weight to provide resistance, but may also include reformer straps and springs to provide a little extra challenge if you need it.

Each class is led by an experienced instructor, and you’re able to work at your own pace as your fitness improves. The focus of each Pilates class is control, with the ultimate goal of strengthening and isolating the right muscle groups throughout each exercise set.
