Yoga uses a range of poses and postures in combination with controlled breathing techniques that improve your fitness and promote relaxation at the same time. Basic yoga: vinyasa flow allowing for all levels of yoga to come and join, particularly people new to yoga. 


Spin is a challenging, yet low impact workout for those who may prefer a gentler format. Strength, Stamina, Endurance, High Intensity Intervals and Resistance are part of the workout class profile each time.   


This class is designed to activate our total body while utilizing our “powerhouse” (hips, back core and glutes) as our main focus. We will use light weights with High repetitions incorporating ballet inspired moves as well as horizontal training. 


This class uses two yoga mats. It is a combination of yoga and Pilates inspired movements for a fun filled energetic workout.  


Pilates Stretch uses your Core Powerhouse in moves to strengthen the body while stretching as well! We use Pilate Balls, light weights, and a mat for a full body experience!


Take it to the next level in this fast paced interval training class that mixes strength building and muscular endurance for a high intensity sweaty workout.  With a new workout every week, this class is designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves.  Modifications are always provided while you work at your own pace through different rounds of a variety of exercises.  You’ll leave class feeling powerful and strong!!


Senior fit classes are more low impact functional movements ( can be higher intensity depending on movements) Alternated with standing and or seated upper and lower body strength work. Handheld weights and exercise balls can be used for core strengthening and muscle balance, also incorporates gentle stretch and flexibility.  


Perfect For – Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.


Best of both worlds – class starts with a warm-up followed by 20-25 mins of Zumba Toning and then finishes with Zumba. Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculping exercises using 3 lbs or less weights with the high-energy cardio work. Perfect way to sculpt your body while still having fun.


This class is a barbell-based workout that uses multiple sets to work on endurance, strength, and muscle toning. We also incorporate free weights, steps and HIIT moves for cardio bursts.


During this class we will flow through each yoga pose using breath work and mindfulness as we engage the entire mind body system. 


Interval Strength & HIIT consists of short intervals of 40 seconds work/20 seconds recovery, covering approximately 40 exercises (upper and lower body) using free weights and body weight.  Sequences of HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) are interspersed throughout the workout to maximize fat loss and keep your cardiovascular system strong.


Class begins with low impact Cardio Boxing to warm-up your body and increase your heart rate. Followed by strength, toning and flexibility. Each week we “mix it up“ and incorporate a variety of weights, resistance bands, the exercise balls and sliders for a full body workout. The last 15 mins of class we move to the floor and focus on core and glute strengthening. Finally, each class ends with stretching.


Combination of quick cardio kickboxing and strength. When weather permits, this class will take place outside.


Combination of plyometric/quick burst cardio with weights and cardio training. The ultimate burn!


Body conditioning is fast-paced and uses multiple circuits to focus on heavier strength movements.


Complete body workout from head to toe with cardio mixed in.
